Goowy

Goowy has 2GB of inbox storage, 1 GB of online storage, spam filtering, image blocking, drag and drop. With Goowy user can customize his webtop reflecting his personality. Goowy allows user to write emails using HTML formatting.

Goowy has several unique features. Goowy’s IM can import your buddy lists from MSN messenger, Yahoo! Messenger, AIM and ICQ. Goowy’s customization features allow you to import images for desktops and include several of Goowy’s minis (widgets) like a clock, calender, comics, to–do lists, weather reports, eBay, iTunes, quotes, YouTube and much more. Additionally, user can import any RSS feed onto your webtop.

Goowy has pretty email service. Their spam filter catches most of known spammers. They do not provide POP3 service, but user can configure his account to access external mail.

Pros

Cons

• goowy mail offers but 100 MB of online storage and neither POP nor IMAP access
• You cannot label or filter mail in goowy mail, and search folders are not available
• goowy mail is not without occasional lapses yet, does not include secure messaging
